Touchstone Hotel - City Center San Francisco

My stay was comfortable here. The property was fairly clean and quiet little, had very good stuff and location.

Fairly clean small accommodation with efficient staff and perfect location very close to union square. I recommend to stay here.

Fairly clean place, helpful staff, ideal location. I loved that there were an iron and an electronic key card in my petite double room. It offered terrific service and good food too.

i enjoyed the details, like location and staff, they were excellent. ideally located hotel. besides, the area was such beautiful, next to market street. room was super big and with comfortable beds.

Really lovely stay, we had all essentials. Small accommodation with fab location in a seedy part of town. The breakfast offered lots of good meals.

The hotel was set in a central area close to trams, cable cars and buses + railway, Union Square. Spent our evenings in nearby Johnny Foley's, especially when it was hot outside.

We had the most truly memorable few days there. The venue was clean & fairly large. The continental breakfast was plentiful: eggs and coffee. With speedy check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was PRACTICAL.

This was a very positive stay, competitive prices. The bed was lovely and the restaurant was reasonably priced and had plenty of food. Perfect staff was willing to help in every way. The pool was well-maintained and I had free soft drinks in the outdoor bar.

The staff is incredibly professional, easy check-in & late check-out. Very pretty unit. It has breathtaking location walking distance to a neo-gothic cathedral. The view is remarkable and the pool is clean.

The location of the hotel was quiet central, the staff were happy to help, we loved an unforgettable experience. Bed was very nice and the room overall was comfortable modern. Varied breakfast, personalised service. You could walk to shops and a market. Also, a modern art museum was max 15 minutes walk to...

It was very pleasant time in San Francisco. We loved our stay; the staff and location were great.

Tidy hotel with fair staff. Bright, functional rooms and marble-lined bathrooms. Eggs and coffee were HIGH QUALITY and overall there was lots of food. Excellent interior, fabulous restaurant.

The whole place was neat and the staff were highly efficient. Big beds, complimentary wireless internet, it's own balcony and terrace were a nice touch. Pool was great, I liked it.

Friendly location, lovely design, especially helpful staff. Tidy and tidy rooms, bright bathroom. A sandy beach, pleasant view. And also it was easy walk to american conservatory theater.

This hotel was cozy base for exploring San Francisco, appreciated it. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

We really loved it. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

They tackled problem right away, can’t find anything wrong. Lots of extra supplies: a heating system and heating:)))

Touristic places like exploratorium were next to our hotel. The airport is 12 miles away. Civic Center neighborhood is worth seeing.

I have stayed here anywhere in the world, nothing too much trouble, I strongly recommend this hotel. Welcome base for discovering San Francisco...
